All products sold by Peptency are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis and analytical applications. They are not for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition. Every order requires a declaration of research use; Peptency refuses orders that contradict it. Products are not evaluated by the FDA. Intended use is judged on everything Peptency says, shows and ships (21 CFR 201.128), so nothing on this site describes human or animal use.

Prices in US dollars, without sales tax; sales tax is added at checkout where it applies to a US ship-to state. This store ships to the Americas from the United States; customs, import duties and local taxes outside the US are paid by the recipient. Pre-orders are not offered. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days if they were stored as the label directs. Reconstituted or opened vials cannot be returned. Report a parcel lost or damaged in transit with the order number.

Order data is used to fulfil and document the order and is never sold. Payment data is processed by the payment provider; Peptency does not store card numbers. The research use declaration made at checkout is kept with its text version, IP address and time for six years, as a legal record.
